Vanilla Butter Cream

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 16 ounce package of powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating at low speed until blended. Slowly beat in milk and vanilla. Increase speed to medium and beat until smooth.
  2. Pipe onto cupcakes or cake.
